Attorneys

Our law firm was founded and is sustained on certain fundamental principles --- that greed is not the greatest good, that domination of the many by the few is not inherent in human nature, that it is possible to improve our society by serving a social movement dedicated to improving the lives of the majority who do most of the work.

Each of us has therefore chosen to join a law firm which offers its skills and expertise to the labor movement. We do this because we believe there is more to our work than just earning a living; we believe that a strong and vibrant labor movement is essential to a just, fair, and democratic society. We believe that the best way we can make our contribution to a better world is by doing meaningful work to help build, support, defend, and sustain the labor movement and its allies.

To achieve these ends, we have built the largest law firm in the country representing Unions, their members, and their related benefit funds.
