Jacob J. White joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in March 2009 as an associate in our Los Angeles office. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a major in Political Science (Public Service emphasis) and a minor in United States History. Mr. White received his law degree – with a concentration in employment and labor law – from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
During law school, Mr. White was a finalist in the Trial Motion Practice Moot Court Competition. He clerked for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing in both San Diego and Los Angeles, as well as the Los Angeles office of the firm. Prior to his law career, Mr. White spent seven years running a successful medical practice.
The experiences of close family members drew Mr. White to labor and employment law on the side of the under-represented. Political activism has been, and continues to be, a cornerstone of Mr. White’s personal, academic, and professional life.
