Ashley Ikeda joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 1999. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Hawaii and graduated from William S. Richardson School of Law in 1981. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Ikeda worked for Joseph A. Kinoshita, ALC, and was Shareholder in the law firm of Tam, O’Connor and Henderson. Mr. Ikeda is licensed to practice law in Hawaii.

Mr. Ikeda was counsel for the plaintiffs in Hawaii Carpenters’ Trust Funds v. Stone, 794 F.2d 508 (9th Cir. 1986), wherein the Ninth Circuit upheld the entry of default against a delinquent subcontractor after the subcontractor failed to fulfill his obligations under a settlement agreement, failed to file an answer and refused to pay the trust funds’ attorney’s fees and costs, which was a condition of the trial court to set aside the default. Mr. Ikeda continues to represent Trust Funds in delinquency collections and other ERISA actions.
