Mr. Hinkle received his undergraduate degree from the University of California - Berkeley and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. Mr. Hinkle specializes in labor and employee benefits law and related litigation. The firm represents numerous multi-employer plans throughout the country, but primarily on the West Coast Mr. Hinkle has spoken before many labor groups on ERISA and employee benefit - related subjects. Mr. Hinkle is admitted to the State Bar in California, and is also a member of the labor law section of the American Bar Association, with an interest area of employee benefits. Mr. Hinkle represents trust funds in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah and Alaska.
