Blythe Mickelson joined Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld in 1982. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mickelson was an attorney with the National Treasury Employees Union. While in law school, Ms. Mickelson was a law clerk for the National Labor Relations Board Division of Judges and an extern in Region 32 of the Board.
