Brooke Pierman joined Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pierman worked at the Agricultural Labor Relations Board during law school. Ms. Pierman represented private and public sector unions in Sacramento and the Central Valley in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including PERB and EMRB cases, NLRB cases, administrative hearings, wage and hour litigation and grievance arbitration. She is also licensed to practice in Nevada, where she also represents private and public sector unions.
