Conchita Lozano-Batista joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2004. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2003. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Lozano-Batista worked for the Law Offices of Robert Derham, handling criminal appellate work. She also has experience in tenants’ rights law and international human rights law through her work at the USF Civil Law Clinic and the USF International Human Rights Law Clinic. Ms. Lozano-Batista is also a Board Member of Human Rights Advocates.

Ms. Lozano-Batista is the author of Advocates Should Use Available International Standards to Address Violations of Undocumented Migrant Workers’ Rights in the United States (2005) 3 Hastings Race and Poverty L.J. 35.
