Ezekiel Carder rejoined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in February 2010.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1995 with a major in Politics, and graduated from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College with his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law in 1999.  Mr. Carder is licensed to practice in California and New York.

Mr. Carder has nearly ten years experience in the area of ERISA and employee benefits.  Mr. Carder first worked at our firm between March 2000 and October 2004, representing the firm’s Taft-Hartley benefit fund clients in a variety of matters including trust fund collection, benefit denial, refund issues and related litigation.  Prior to rejoining our firm in February 2010, Mr. Carder was an associate at Levy Ratner, P.C. in New York, NY, where he represented unions and Taft-Hartley benefit funds in collections matters, ERISA litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as advising union clients on LMRDA reporting requirements and internal union matters.
