Gary Provencher joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2007 and is an associate in our Sacramento office. He received his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. While at Ohio State, Mr. Provencher participated in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition in New York City, and was awarded the Ohio State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Provencher was a law clerk for a firm in Columbus, Ohio that mainly focuses on representing unions in the public sector. While in law school, he also obtained a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and served as a volunteer mediator at the Franklin County Municipal Court for two years.
