Jim Wesser joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1970 and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1988. Mr. Wesser received an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1989.

Mr. Wesser is the author of Oregon Natural Resources Council v. Marsh: The Ninth Circuit Establishes a Potent Standard for Environmental Disclosure (1988) 18 Golden Gate L. Rev. 153.
