Kristina Hillman joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2000 as an Associate Attorney.  She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from Golden Gate University, School of Law.  During law school, Ms. Hillman worked as a law clerk at Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld.  While in law school, she also worked at the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic at Golden Gate University, handling unemployment insurance cases, FMLA/CFRA cases and pregnancy and sex discrimination cases.  In 1998, she was a finalist in the Golden Gate University Appeallate Advocacy Competition and she received the Public Interest Student of the Year Award in 2000.

Ms. Hillman is responsible for administering the arbitration practice for Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld. The firm opens approximately 1000 arbitration files a year, for clients throughout the western United States and Hawaii.

Ms. Hillman has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience in state criminal and civil courts, as both lead trial counsel and as assisting trial counsel.

In addition to administering the arbitration department, practicing traditional labor law and litigating in federal and state courts, Ms. Hillman represents multi-employer Taft-Hartley Trust Funds in both California and Nevada.

Ms. Hillman is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
