Kristina Hillman joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2000. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, concentrating in political science, and graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2000. During law school, Ms. Hillman worked at the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic at Golden Gate University, handling unemployment insurance cases, FMLA/CFRA cases and pregnancy and sex discrimination cases. She received the Public Interest Student of the Year Award in 2000.

Ms. Hillman has extensive trial experience in state criminal and civil courts. Ms. Hillman has been primarily responsible for representing clients in two criminal trials and two civil trials, and assisted at trial in three criminal trials and two civil trials. Ms. Hillman is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
