Patricia Davis joined Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld in 1996. Ms. Davis graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1995. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Davis was a law clerk with the California Board of Equalization. Ms. Davis has over nine years experience in the area of ERISA and employee benefits. Ms. Davis has extensive litigation experience with ERISA, trust fund collection, benefit denial, and refund issues. She also represents and counsels employee benefit funds and unions on a variety of issues, including ERISA compliance, real estate, corporate and tax matters. Ms. Davis is admitted to the State Bar in California, and is also a member of the Charles Houston Bar Association.
