McCray, ALC, and the Law Offices of Marraccini & Butts, handling product liability and personal injury litigation.

Ms. Perkins, along with Blythe Mickelson, represented the plaintiffs in Carpenters v. G.E. Chen in the United States District Court for the Northern District. The case alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act for wages and overtime. Our firm prevailed in a bench trial. On appeal, the court upheld an award of full compensation to all workers. The firm also recovered approximately $380,000 in attorney fees and costs.

In Operating Engineers Health & Welfare Trust Fund v. Mega Life, Ms. Perkins and Linda Baldwin Jones recovered approximately $1 million for a trust fund when an insurance company denied coverage to the Trust Fund under insurance policy in bad faith.
