Ted Franklin joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 1993. He attended Harvard College as an undergraduate, and graduated with honors from Hastings College of Law in 1993. In 1992-1993, he served as editor-in-chief of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. He has specialized in complex litigation from 1993 to the present. He has litigated antitrust, ERISA, employment, labor, environmental and wage and hour cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. In 2003, he taught labor law at Golden Gate University School of Law.
