Vincent Harrington joined Weinberg, Roger and Rosenfeld in 1978. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harrington worked for the Consumer Law Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and practiced in the public sector labor relations area. Upon moving to California, Mr. Harrington was Board Counsel to the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Harrington is a Member of the Advisory Board of the California Employee Relations Journal, Institute of Industrial Relations at the University of California, Berkeley.

• Operating Engineers Local 3 v. Johnson (2003) 110 Cal.App.4th 180 (breach of privacy claim regarding personnel documents not preempted by Workers Compensation exclusive remedy provision)
• Social Services Union v. County of Monterey (1989) 208 Cal.App.3d 676 (setting forth California Statement of Decision procedures)
• USF Faculty Ass’n. v. University of San Francisco (1983) 142 Cal.3d 942 (enforceability of interest arbitration awards)
