We are proud of our ongoing commitment to civil rights and provide ongoing anti-discrimination training sessions for union and employee benefit plan staff and supervisors, and for union stewards and members. Our union clients have been leaders in breaking down the barriers to employment of women and minorities in the building trades and in contesting sexual and racial harassment and discrimination in numerous workplaces.
