Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld attorneys are actively involved in many matters involving enforcement of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act, and other state and federal environmental laws. We prepare and present legal and scientific comments and appeals to local and federal government agencies responsible for environmental review.

Our commitment to working people and economic development includes a commitment to clean communities and a clean environment. Businesses with poor employee relations are often prime polluters of the environment. When such organizations seek permits to expand operations, their environmental impacts are subject to public examination comment. When there are serious problems, we can bring actions to require government agencies to enforce the environmental laws.
