Noah Stark earned his juris doctor from UC Davis, School of Law in 2025, after receiving a B.A. in political science from UC Davis in 2021. Mr. Stark joined Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld in 2025 as an associate in the Sacramento office after clerking for the firm from 2024 to 2025.
Mr. Stark represents unions and workers in a variety of state and federal labor and employment matters including Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) compliance, wage theft, public contracting and prevailing wage cases, state and local policy work, and counseling and representing unions and union members on a variety of litigation matters.
While in law school, Mr. Stark served as a member and student director of the Wage Claim and Workers Rights’ Clinics, where he helped represent workers in unemployment insurance hearings and wage theft claims. He also interned at a firm providing free legal services for older adults. Mr. Stark participated in the UC Davis Labor Summer program, where he learned directly from Sacramento-area labor organizers about the Sacramento-area labor movement. Additionally, Mr. Stark served on UC Davis’s Moot Court Honors Board, and as a student member of the Schwartz-Levi American Inn of Court from 2024 to 2025.
