Anne Yen is a shareholder in Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld’s Emeryville office. She has successfully represented workers and labor unions in state and federal court and before various state and federal governmental agencies.
Ms. Yen is also the co-editor of the 2016 edition of California Workers’ Rights: A Manual of Job Rights, Protections and Remedies, published through the UC Berkeley Labor Center.
Ms. Yen earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law after receiving her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
