Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld is extremely proud of our organizing roots.  We have been involved in union organizing campaigns since our founding, and continue to support clients in all aspects of organizing, campaigns, drives, and movements.  We assist clients in petitioning for recognition with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), forming organizing committees and holding union elections.  When the union wins, we assist in negotiating its first contract, or pushing for a contract where management is resistant. 

All employees have the right to unionize.  We assist to identify and file unfair labor practices during union organizing campaigns, including by calling out employers who directly interfere with the process, intimidate their employees, discourage their employees from wearing union buttons, etc.  We also provide strike training and support and oppose injunctions when necessary.  We are proud to be on the front lines with our clients.
