Our union clients have been leaders in breaking down the barriers to employment of women and minorities in the building trades and in contesting sexual and racial harassment and discrimination in numerous workplaces. We provide training specifically oriented towards compliance with all discrimination laws by the organizations we represent as well as training of union representatives in processing discrimination grievances against employers under collective bargaining agreements.
